Lead Time:
Made-to-order rugs are skillfully hand-knotted in 12-16 weeks. After ordering the wool is dyed and moved to our weaving studio. Weaving takes 6-8 weeks depending on design. Then the rug is moved to washing & finishing stages. The washing process for rugs is fastest in the summer and slower in the winter due to temperatures & sunlight. Materials & Care:
All of our rugs are made with 100% live wool making them naturally antimicrobial. Designed to last for generations to come, our rugs are ready to handle all that life brings with kids & pets. Please follow proper care to ensure the longest life of your rug.
For everyday care vacuum regularly. To spot clean use warm water mixed with mild detergent - blot with a white undyed cloth. Do not pour detergent & water onto rug - use damp towel to blot. All rugs are 100% made by hand including the dying of the wool. This will naturally mean that no two rugs are the same and the shade and size of the rug will vary up to 5%.
Shipping & Returns:
All rugs ship free from our warehouse in Steamboat Springs, CO. Shipping takes 5-10 business days and all orders ship fully insured with a signature required via UPS Ground. All made-to-order rugs are final sale.
