Return Policy


Returns
Because each item is carefully made by hand per order, we are unable to process returns or exchanges at this time. If items are defective or damaged during shipping, a free replacement will be sent immediately. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must notify us of the return within 5 business days of receiving it. We require proof of purchase.
